Four of the core faculty of the Institute go for faculty development. Mr. Fortunato D. Tenay, the former dean of the Institute is presently taking up his Masters in Economics while Mrs. Josefa May Shiu –Buslig, PE specialist of the Institute, is pursuing her Ph.D in Cultural Anthropology at UP Diliman , Mrs. Imelda Agbisit, having her Masters in General Science and lastly, Mrs. Raquel Dulliyao in Saint Paul University of the Philippines finishing her Doctor in Public Administration. Said faculty members are granted study leave under the CHED Faculty Development Program.
