IEA Goes To Penang, Malaysia

Three faculty members: Dr. Nolfredo M. Dulay, Dr. Gloria A. Floresca, and Mrs. Edna P. Yumol of the Institute of Entrepreneurial Arts joined the wagon of other faculty members of Ifugao State College of Agriculture and Forestry; Mountain Province Polytechnic College; Batangas State University; and Souther Luzon State University who went to Penang, Malaysia on July 3-12, 2008.

The Kalinga Apayao State College delegates attended the Executive Development Seminar (EDS) leading to Master in Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration degree programs. They successfully completed the extensive residential Professional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) programs, namely; Business Model Conceptualization; Good to Great; and Risk and Investment Management.

Professors from Malaysia will be coming to conduct classes on modules. Also, Professionals’ Certificate in Leadership Development, Advance Leadership, Business Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Planning, Project Management, and International Business Management shall be offered on three months program which consists of 3 stages:

Stage 1- Pre-learning Course, participants will receive related learning materials 30 days before commencement of the four days tutorial seminar.

Stage 2-The four days tutorial seminar shall be conducted by international speakers on Executive Development Seminar (EDS).

Stage 3- Participants have to submit their coursework requirements within 60 days after attending the tutorial seminar.
